Attached is the revised agreement, which incorporates the changes to the payment terms we
discussed last week. I have also attached a redline showing the changes. Further, I have
attached the lien waiver forms. The partial release forms should be attached as Exhibit D
and the final release forms should be attached as Exhibit E.
Before we can finalize the contract, however, there is at least one open item that we
failed to address during our last call. We need to insert the appropriate limits of
professional liability insurance in Article 11.7. Dan, I suggest you provide the limits
on the policy currently maintained by Griffith, and then SPBID can consult with its
insurance people to confirm that those limits are adequate. In the meantime, I will
re-review the contract to make sure we have addressed all the other open items.
